1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and Boswin88 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Boswin88 online gaming platform accessible at boswin88.cam and all associated services, features, content, and applications (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or otherwise using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with ourPrivacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately. Boswin88 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Member to access the Services.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Member's Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Member's Account pursuant specific promotion.
• "Device" means any internet-connected device, including but not limited to smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers, used to access the Platform.
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, live dealer game, slot title, or other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required to confirm a Member's eligibility and identity.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency used for all financial transactions on the Platform.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or associated winings may be withdrawn.
• "Services" means all products, features, gaming content, and related services made available through the Boswin88 Platform.
• "Winning" means any payout resulting from a successful Game outcome, calculated according to the applicable Game rules and odds.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on Boswin88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Boswin88 strictly enforces this age restriction and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously requested self-exclusion from Boswin88.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of Boswin88 or any of its affiliated companies.

4 Account Registration & Security

When registering an Account, you agree to provide truthful and complete information, including a valid email address, a secure password, and any other details required during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials.

Boswin88 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests and at other times as determined by our compliance team. Verification documents typically include a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and a selfie holding the identity document. Failure to complete KYC may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is resolved.

You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Boswin88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify our support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

Each player is strictly limited to one registered Account. Players found operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — will have all associated Accounts suspended, all Balances and Bonus Funds forfeited, and may be permanently excluded from the Platform.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Boswin88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of trusted Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. Boswin88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and vary by payment method: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically process within 5minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Boswin88 reserves the right to impose additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund your Account or a verified method in your name.
• Withdrawals using Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable Rollover Requirements being met in full.
• Boswin88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal in excess of thresholds set by our compliance team.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Boswin88 offers various promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of this Agreement.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to Rollover Requirements before withdrawal. Specific multipliers (e.g., ×10, ×15, ×20) are stated per promotion. Failure to meet Rollover Requirements within the bonus validity window will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
• Maximum Bet: While Bonus Funds are active, bets may not exceed RM 250–RM 500 per round (as specified per promotion). Bets exceeding this cap may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% towards Rollover Requirements. Table games and live dealer games may contribute at reduced rates (10%–20%). Games excluded from contribution will be stated in the relevant promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not claimed or rolled over within the validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days as specified) will be removed from the Account automatically.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Unless stated otherwise, only one bonus per promotion per player applies. Boswin88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse Boswin88 bonus offers — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting with Bonus Funds, or coordination with other players — will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and Winnings, Account suspension, and permanent exclusion.

7 Gameplay Rules

All Games on the Boswin88 Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between any in-game display and the official game rules, the official rules shall prevail.

• Game outcomes for digital games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring fairness and unpredictability.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-time physical dealing conducted by professional dealers in licensed studio environments.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time up until the event commences. Bets accepted prior to an odds change remain valid at the odds accepted at the time of placement.
• In the event of a game malfunction, network error, or technical failure during gameplay, Boswin88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's Balance. No additional compensation will be offered for game interruptions.
• Boswin88's decision on game outcomes, disputed bets, and technical issues is final and binding.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Boswin88 Platform. Any Member found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all Balances and Winings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical means to interact with the Platform or its Games.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to achieve an unfair advantage in any Game.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any Winings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit cards, or conducting transactions that constitute money laundering or financial fraud.
• Creating multiple Accounts or registering under a false identity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards Boswin88 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, modify, or create derivative works of any software or content on the Platform.
• Violating any applicable law, regulation, or licensing requirement in connection with your use of the Services.

9 Responsible Gambling

Boswin88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a range of tools to help Members manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible via your Account settings or by contacting our support team.

Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests will be actioned within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is in place, the Member's Account will be suspended and no new Account may be registered during the exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, trade names, service marks, and intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the Boswin88 Platform are the exclusive property of Boswin88 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Boswin88 name and logo are proprietary marks of the Platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Boswin88, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Boswin88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no representations regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the Services for any purpose.

12 Account Termination

Boswin88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withold or void any Balance, Bonus Funds, or Winings, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Discovery that the Member is under21 years of age;
• Compliance with any legal obligation, court order, or regulatory requirement.

Members wishing to close their own Account may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified real-money Balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal procedures.

13 Amendments

Boswin88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify Members of significant changes via email or in-platform notification where practicable; however, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as determined by Boswin88's licensing jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within a reasonable period, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration procedures. Boswin88's decision on all gaming-related disputes shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek emergency interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
